Covid tricked, then changed me as it did so many of us. 

My restlessness became peace. Quiet. I dreamt longer. Explained less. Explored deeper. 

Stepped into my wine cellar thinking, "Well, I will not run out of wine!" 

Day to Day, night after night, I sat with a blessed view – unparalleled are Sante Fe sunsets. 

My new form of work was born: landscapes born of soft pastels – "Serene Landscapes in Savage Color." 

As never before, I had time and space to witness shadows and light dance. Each evening I danced with a stunning sky draped in silken clouds. I savored Riojas, Barolo's, Prosecco's while sweeping finest soft pastels across textured substrates, with wild abandon. These approaching night works....discovered me. The art found me. And through them, I opened to gifts of self-love, softness, patience, quiet, longing, experienced struggle...and learned My Self.
